Dreamtime Unwinding Duo contains 1 x 50mL Dreamtime Room Mist and 1 x 25 mL Dreamtime Combination Essence. The mist and essence used together create a powerful duo effect.

Dreamtime Room Mist (50mL) 

The pure essential oils of Lavender and Jasmine are sweet, floral and herbaceous and renowned for enhancing sleep. Combined with the rich, earthy, woody almost smokey undertones of the essential oil of Vetiver which is excellent for grounding, relaxation and insomnia. 

Dreamtime Room Mist also contains the energetic vibrations of of Scottish Primrose, Valerian, Lady's Mantle, Grass of Parnassus and Birth to promote relaxation and peace and harmony through the release of stress and worry.

Dreamtime Combination Essence contains the energetic vibrations of Scottish Primrose, Valerian, Lady's Mantle, Grass of Parnassus and Birth to promote relaxation and peace and harmony through the release of stress and worry. 

Ingredients: 

Water (71%), Organic Cognac (29%) ABV = 12%, Energetic vibration of Birch, Grass of Parnassus, Lady's Mantle, Scottish Primrose & Valerian 

Directions:

Spray twice under the tongue as and when desired
