針對突如其來的焦慮、不可名狀的恐懼和惡夢。感覺可能有可怕的事發生，卻無法解釋恐懼的源頭。

負面狀態：

冷靜、相信未知

Used for anxiety attacks, unfounded apprehension and nightmares. During these periods people who need Aspen have a sense that something terrible may happen to them but they cannot find a logical source to these fears.
